BIN (Buy It Now)

A fixed price at which a domain can be purchased immediately without negotiation. BIN pricing is common on domain marketplaces and gives buyers certainty on cost while allowing sellers to close sales quickly. Many domain investors set BIN prices at 50-100% above their minimum acceptable price.
