NamePros is the town square of the domain business. It's been running since 2003 and it's where investors argue about the market, post sales reports, ask beginner questions, and buy and sell names from each other in the marketplace threads.

The wholesale trading there is real. Investor-to-investor sales of liquid names, portfolio liquidations and the occasional bargain all move through it, and prices there are a decent read on what the trade thinks names are worth.

Read it with a filter. Any forum with that many members has its share of people selling courses, pumping the extension they're heavy in, and repeating rumors as fact. The good posters are worth finding. The rest are noise.
