TTL

Time To Live - a DNS setting that specifies how long (in seconds) a DNS record should be cached by resolvers before requesting an update. Lower TTL values (300-3600 seconds) allow faster propagation of changes but increase DNS query load. Higher values reduce server load but slow down updates.
